LirPay provides crypto payment infrastructure for merchants, including payment links, balances, treasury tools, and related APIs.

Buyers may complete payments through hosted checkout without creating a LirPay merchant account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your BIP39 seed phrase and any API credentials issued to your account.

You must use LirPay only for lawful commerce and comply with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

Applicable fees are disclosed in the product and may vary by asset, network, or payment method.

Settlement timing depends on network confirmations, internal AML review, and configured payout settings.

To verify that merchants sell only lawful goods and services and fulfill purchases as advertised, LirPay may place limited compliance test purchases through a merchant's storefront, bot, or checkout.

For such checks, LirPay may notify the merchant systems that a payment completed (for example via a standard payment.succeeded webhook) so the merchant fulfills the order, without crediting merchant balances and without retaining a merchant-visible payment, ledger, or transaction record for that check in LirPay merchant dashboards.

These compliance checks are used solely for content and fulfillment quality review. They do not create a claim for settlement of the test amount to the merchant.

We may delay, restrict, or suspend access when required for security, fraud prevention, AML review, or after compliance quality checks reveal prohibited or misrepresented goods or services.

We will provide available status information through the merchant dashboard when action is taken.
